Index of Search and Reunion Resources is not affiliated with The International Soundex Reunion Registry.  For purposes of this agreement “International Locator, Inc.” or “the company” shall mean all divisions, affiliates, partners, websites, web-properties, and URLs owned by International Locator, Inc. or an officer of International Locator, Inc.. Be further advised that your use, access, communication with, or ordering of products and/or services from, any website or web-property or any division or affiliate of International Locator, Inc. is subject to this legal agreement and acceptance of the policies, terms and conditions below. With any submittal of a “Search Request”, Instant Search or order via web site, telephone, mail or otherwise, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. International Locator, Inc. may change, amend or revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this Agreement which shall solely reside at http://www.InternationalLocator.com . All divisions, websites and affiliates of International Locator shall operate under the auspices of this agreement, as well as any customer, client or visitor to any divisions, websites and affiliates of International Locator regardless of whether or not this agreement shall appear on the individual website or web-property of International Locator, Inc.. As long as a link to http://www.InternationalLocator.com shall be provided or the words “For terms of Service, please log on to ILIcorp.com”, or an equivalent of this wording, it is the users responsibility to familiarize themselves with this agreement, as they will be bound by the terms contained herein.

International Locator, Inc. its divisions, affiliates, agents, partners, officers and employees are not liable to any party for any and all consequential, direct or indirect, or incidental damages for any use or reliance upon the information disseminated, or sold, or displayed on International Locator, Inc.'s web site, by facsimile or by phone, this includes but is not limited to business interruption, lost profits, loss of programs or other data, emotional distress, stalking or harassment even if International Locator, Inc. advised of the possibility of such damages. International Locator, Inc. assumes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any privacy claims as International Locator, Inc. neither utilizes, reveals, nor attempts to access any confidential information concerning the parties involved in the search outside the realm of investigative services contracted for. International Locator, Inc. is not liable to any party for any and all indirect, direct, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, losses, claims, demands, expenses (including any attorney's fees and cost incurred in such actions), or liabilities of any kind arising out of, or from any reliance upon any information provided, regardless of transmission method or source.

International Locator, Inc., its agents and employees are not liable to any party for any damages (special, consequential or otherwise) for any correspondence between our customers and those they are reunited with, either as a direct or indirect result of a purchase of goods or services from the company.

The terms and conditions of use of all websites owned or operated by International Locator, Inc., and the services provided by International Locator, Inc. are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Florida. The venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will lie in Lee County, Florida. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. All contents of the websites owned or operated by International Locator, Inc., and the results or data provided within, are the property of International Locator, Inc. or its content suppliers, and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited by the laws of the United States, the state of Florida and the state of your search.

The information provided by International Locator, Inc. is obtained from the most accurate and reliable public sources known by the company to be available. Because our information relies upon outside sources, International Locator, Inc. cannot assume responsibility for the accuracy or relevance of this information. International Locator, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and shall not be liable for any claims or liabilities relating to the search results or data delivery or dissemination, regardless of source or delivery method.

All client, customer or user data held by International Locator, Inc. shall be purged or destroyed upon written request by same. The parties understand and acknowledge that some data is held or derives from sources outside the company’s databases and that such data may exist in a realm outside the control of International Locator, Inc. and thus, is not able to be removed. Regardless of whether the data is within or without the control of International Locator, Inc., the company shall not be liable for any damages to any party connected to the presence of such personal data, it’s dissemination, transmission (intentional or otherwise), loss, or corruption.

All payments to International Locator, Inc. are to be due and payable in full prior to the beginning of search or shipment of a product, unless client agrees to, and executes, a written payment plan. International Locator, Inc. shall not be responsible, nor accept, nor shall client request, any refunds, chargeback's, discounts, partial rebates or credit, due to client's change of mind (for any reason whatsoever), cancellation of search after search is initiated by International Locator, Inc. or location of search subject by said client.
International Locator, Inc. supports anti-stalking laws. Please be advised that it is against the law to use the information obtained from International Locator, Inc. to stalk or harass others; in search of a Celebrity or Political Figure; to compromise the safety of any individual or State; or in violation of any laws

International Locator, Inc. will not sell or provide information to individuals who do not agree to its legal use.

International Locator, Inc. will not sell or provide information to individuals who are under the age of 18.

International Locator, Inc. will not sell or provide information about individuals who it knows to be under the age of 18 unless said client can provide proof of custody.

International Locator, Inc. expressly prohibits any information purchased from International Locator, Inc., to be used for purposes of deciding eligibility of an individual for employment, renting property to an individual, or for determining eligibility to receive credit or insurance.

If it is determined by International Locator, Inc., that any of the provisions in this agreement are being violated or, if the product, search or service provided if being improperly used by the Client (of which the company shall be the sole judge), the company shall have the right to suspend services and/or request the return of all materials provided. Under this circumstance, no refund of any kind shall be due to Client or Customer.

International Locator, Inc. may choose to share information regarding the progress of this case, as well as make search suggestions to client. If in any way, the information or suggestions lead to a client being the first to locate the subject of our search, payment in full to International Locator, Inc. is still due to the company and all prior charges are final.
